This morning was hill repeats. Went up Lady Chancellor 3 times, in exactly 25 minutes each time, round trip. Each time I went up, I increased the gear to make it a little harder, then compensated by coming down a little faster- it balanced out. Must admit, having some good training days.
As soon as I got home, did a 1 mile run. Every time I ride, I need to run, even just a mile. That way I don’t ‘forget’. Tomorrow may be a rest day, though I may change it to Saturday- depends how I feel when I get up.
