1st run for the year.
Yes, I did run a bit over the weekend, but that doesn’t count as it was only a little, and was in support of the wife and daughter in their races over the weekend. This was my first continuous run since December 27th.
I did a 5K around the QPR, with minimal discomfort, which is great news. Afterwards, I did some leg extensions and sit-ups My injured leg is now quite a bit weaker than the other, so I have to build the strength back up.
There is a 10K race I’m considering this Saturday- will see, after a couple more days on the road. Due to see the doc again next week anyways, so might as well have something to tell him.
